Cesarean Birth Preparation Class

You deserve an informed, prepared, and empowered birth experience, no matter where or how your baby enters the world.

This class is for you if:

• You have a planned cesarean, for any reason

• You just found out your baby is breech and are changing your plans at the last minute

• You're planning a vaginal birth but want to be prepared, just in case

• This isn't your first cesarean, your last one wasn't a positive experience, and you want to learn more about your options

As a doula who has attended many cesarean births, both planned and unplanned, I know what local hospitals offer as their standard of care and what might be a "secret menu" option. I'll share what's on that secret menu, teach you how to advocate for a peaceful, family-centered experience, and help you create a birth memory you can look back on with joy instead of fear and stress.
