Base Package
$22003-4 prenatal visits, lasting 90 minutes-2 hours
Includes Body Ready Method® assessment and custom plan
On-call labor and birth support from 37 weeks onwards
2× 2 hour postpartum visits, one within the first 10 days, the second visit around 1 month postpartum
Package Option 2
$25003-4 prenatal visits, lasting 90 minutes-2 hours
Includes Body Ready Method® assessment and custom plan
On-call labor and birth support from 37 weeks onwards
10 hours of postpartum support, can be used in 2,3, or 4 hour visits.
Package Option 3
$28003-4 prenatal visits, lasting 90 minutes-2 hours
Includes Body Ready Method® assessment and custom plan
On-call labor and birth support from 37 weeks onwards
16 hours of postpartum support, can be used in 2,3, or 4 hour visits.
Package Option 4
$31003-4 prenatal visits, lasting 90 minutes-2 hours
Includes Body Ready Method® assessment and custom plan

20 hours of postpartum support, can be used in 2,3, or 4 hour visits.

$33003-4 prenatal visits, lasting 90 minutes-2 hours

24 hours of postpartum support, can be used in 2,3, or 4 hour visits.
If you would like to have more extensive postpartum support, please inquire and let me know your budget. Postpartum care is $60 per hour, bundled at a package rate. Custom plans can be created.

16 Hour Package
$90016 hours of postpartum support, can be used in 2,3, or 4 hour visits in the first 12 weeks postpartum.
24 Hour Package
$140024 hours of postpartum support, can be used in 2,3, or 4 hour visits in the first 12 weeks postpartum.
32 Hour Package
$180032 hours of postpartum support, can be used in 2,3, or 4 hour visits in the first 12 weeks postpartum.
40 Hour Package
$230040 hours of postpartum support, can be used in 2,3, or 4 hour visits in the first 12 weeks postpartum.
